  • Conduct a full review of the existing events portfolio, identifying duplication and optimisation opportunities

  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Deliver all outputs within a fast-paced, time-bound project environment

Requirements

  • Significant experience in event strategy, operating model design, or portfolio management
  • Proven experience designing governance frameworks and decision-making structures
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and rationalise complex portfolios
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Strong programme or project management capability
  • Ability to work independently and deliver at pace

Desirable

  • Experience within large, complex organisations
  • Exposure to Higher Education or similarly structured environments

Personal Attributes

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity
  • Structured, logical, and detail-oriented thinker
  • Objective and evidence-led in approach
  • Confident in challenging and influencing stakeholders where required

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation project
  • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
  • A clearly defined scope with tangible deliverables
  • Fast-paced, outcome-focused environment
