I am working with an established electronics client, offering an exciting opportunity to come into a small team and immediately take on a lot of ownership of the company's design, build, software and hardware process. In this role as the Electronics Engineer, it is a brilliant chance for someone with 3 years + experience to step into a company that will offer you a platform for growth both in your technical & career progression. It is a hybrid role outside Newbury and offering a salary in the region of £40,000 + benefits.

As the Electronics Engineer in this position, you will report directly to the Engineering Director and work closely with two further Engineers for all of the company's operations. You will turn your hand to multiple responsibilities and can be expected to: design a range of simple and complex electronics products (mostly based on 8/16/32 bit Microcontrollers), handle concept design proposals and speak directly with customers and stakeholders to manage requirements, whilst managing BOM & initial costings, plus more.

For this position as the Electronics Engineer, I am looking for:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 3 + years of hands on industry experience as an Engineer
• Experience with: microcontrollers, PCB design, Schematic entry, Analog Circuit Design
• PCB assembly & test experience
• Hands on soldering experience
• Excellent communication skills
