Your New Role

We are partnering with a well-established legal practice to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support their Wills & Inheritance team. In this client-facing role, you will manage a high volume of incoming enquiries, maintain accurate records, support file administration and ensure fee earners receive timely, high-quality assistance. You will play a key part in delivering an efficient, compassionate and professional service to clients navigating sensitive matters.

Ensuring Your Success

You will bring experience in a client-focused or customer service role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organised when handling varied and sometimes sensitive queries. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to prioritise effectively are essential. Previous experience in the legal sector is desirable but not required—what matters most is your professionalism, adaptability and commitment to exceptional client care.
