Your New Role

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the company’s office operations, providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the business operates effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the company car fleet, coordinating travel, meetings and appointments, and arranging catering for business events and meetings. You will provide administrative support to Directors as required, manage stationery and equipment orders, and maintain accurate records of office expenditure and spending. You will also liaise with couriers, respond to customer enquiries and complaints, and maintain effective communication with both internal and external contacts. The role will involve using a range of office systems, including email, spreadsheets, SAP and databases, while ensuring company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.


Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills and be confident dealing with colleagues, Directors, customers, suppliers and external service providers both face-to-face, by telephone and via email. The ability to prioritise tasks, manage company resources, monitor expenditure and work independently will be important. You will also demonstrate a professional approach at all times, ensuring that company values, corporate procedures, health and safety requirements and service standards are followed.
