Your New Role

As a Sales Order Operations Executive (Order Services Specialist), you will play an integral role in the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies. You will be responsible for the timely processing of customer orders through multiple order channels into NetSuite, as well as ensuring digital products are correctly provisioned on the appropriate platforms. Working with the customer at the centre of everything you do, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Retention, and Customer Services teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also contribute to ongoing operational excellence by identifying process improvements and supporting project-based initiatives within the Order Services function.

Ensuring Your Success

You will bring experience from an order processing or sales operations environment, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and how they support commercial and finance operations. You will be confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product and pricing changes
  • Processing contracts and orders into NetSuite
  • Validating quotes in Salesforce, ensuring customer details, pricing, and SKUs are accurate
  • Enforcing company policies relating to pricing, discounting, and approvals
  • Processing customer amendments and full cancellations
  • Managing documentation, including ensuring signed quotes are correctly stored in Salesforce
  • Responding to internal customer requests via phone, email, Teams, Chatter, and other channels
  • Supporting the Accounts Receivable team with invoicing queries
  • Validating and processing e-commerce orders
  • Reviewing and maintaining Order Services work instructions
  • Monitoring daily order activity and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Supporting project and improvement initiatives within the Sales Order Processing team

You will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce will be highly advantageous.

In Return

You will join a collaborative and customer-focused organisation that values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This is a permanent, hybrid role based at our Swindon site (SN2 8HB), offering a salary of up to £27,000, alongside an excellent benefits package.
