Various Administration/Customer Service positions - Temp to Perm

Swindon (Hybrid after probhation)

£14 - £14.85 per hour


Your New Role

We are currently recruiting for several Administration and Customer Service positions within a well-established financial services organisation on a temporary-to-permanent basis. These opportunities are ideal for individuals looking to develop a long-term career within a professional corporate environment. As part of your role, you will provide administrative and customer support across the business, handling customer enquiries, processing documentation, maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. Successful candidates will initially join the organisation in a general capacity and will be allocated to a specific department upon commencement, based on business needs and individual strengths. Potential areas include Finance, Customer Service, Sales Support, Remarketing, Operations, and other key business functions. These varied roles offers excellent exposure to different areas of the business and the opportunity to develop valuable skills within the financial services sector.


Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience within administration, customer service, office support, or a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. A professional and positive approach, along with strong organisational skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications, will be essential. We are looking for adaptable individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and are keen to learn and develop within a growing organisation. Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
