Your New Role

As People Data & Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening the organisation’s people analytics capability. Working within the People Services function, you will design, develop and optimise data solutions that support strategic decision-making, improve employee experience and influence business outcomes.

You will combine strong analytical and technical expertise with business acumen and visual storytelling to translate complex people data into clear, actionable insights. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across People, Technology and the wider organisation, you will champion evidence-based decision making and support the organisation’s digital transformation through self-service dashboards and robust data governance frameworks.

To Ensure Your Success

You will have strong experience analysing and interpreting People data across a wide range of metrics, including headcount, engagement, diversity and inclusion, turnover, reward and learning and development. You will be confident working with data from multiple sources such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll systems and external benchmarks.

You will have proven experience designing and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Business Objects (in conjunction with iTrent), Excel and PowerPoint. You will be skilled in transforming complex datasets into compelling insights and recommendations that inform strategy and measure the impact of People initiatives.

You will also bring experience in data integration, automation and quality management, alongside a strong understanding of data governance, GDPR and data protection requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to provide expert data support, deliver training on self-service tools and build analytical capability across teams. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

In Return

You will join a forward-thinking and collaborative People Services team, where data and insight play a central role in shaping organisational strategy. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, lead innovative analytics initiatives, and contribute to a strong data-driven culture.

You will benefit from exposure to senior stakeholders, involvement in organisation-wide data initiatives, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to work at the forefront of people analytics and digital transformation.
