Your New Role

Working as part of a relaxed and valued team and company, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team, clients, and suppliers are happy and productive. They will be responsible for managing the external brand, driving marketing and social media activities to enhance brand awareness and engagement while maintaining strong relationships with the existing client base. This role demands a leader capable of not only overseeing day-to-day operations but also passionate about team development, client satisfaction, and brand representation. Key responsibilities include leading the team through regular one-on-one meetings, guiding them on client issues, reviewing monthly client outputs, and ensuring accurate processes are followed. They will also supervise client onboarding, set clear expectations for new client engagements, and monitor team interactions to maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will play an active role in resolving initial client issues and overseeing team growth, ensuring optimal capacity and recruitment of the right talent. Furthermore, they will focus on team development, leading the 90-day onboarding process, managing continuous development plans, and coordinating training sessions. They will ensure that team members are accredited, embody core company values, and are provided with relevant training on topics like AML, Trello, and internal processes.

The growing business is seeking an individual who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, and marketing of the brand and its locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in personnel and HR management, with the ability to coach and motivate a growing team. While bookkeeping or finance experience is beneficial, it is not essential for this role. The successful candidate should be systematic, thorough, results-oriented, supportive, and approachable, with exceptional written and oral communication skills. They should demonstrate a desire to support and coach the team, possess high integrity, and have a strong propensity to learn and adopt new ideas. The role also requires the ability to work independently and embrace autonomy, along with a good working knowledge of finance administration.
