Your New Role
Our client are a world renowned Education organisation who are looking for an account manager to join their client experience team. The role plays a hybrid position between project management and managing all day-to-day client relationships. There a no direct sales responsibilities in this role but you will be required to manage custom client programmes, working with new and existing stakeholders to bring the programmes to life. Occasional client visits may be required.
Ensuring Your Success
You will posses a mix of previous project management and client relationship management experience, with demonstrable experience leading and delivering project teams. Excellent communication skills are an essential both written and verbally with previous experience managing budgets. Negotiating, networking and influencing ability is also a must have to ensure your success. Previous education experience, would be desirable.
