I am working with a Start Up based in London, looking to hire a Lead UI UX Developer. This is an exciting role where you will join my client, in the early stages of their journey and own the UI UX process from start to finish, impacting the full experience the user receives. My client is financially well-backed (with founders at the forefront with leading industry experience) alongside an innovative platform which looks to change the way users trade traditional financial markets. You will be based on-site in London, as you collaborate with product and engineering teams, to deliver the best available UI/UX.

As the Lead UI UX Developer, I am looking for:

• 7+ years of Industry Experience working on leading UI UX
• Portfolio experience having taken requirements, worked with cross-functional teams and delivered end-to-end work
• 3+ years of experience designing high-performance, data-intensive applications
• Experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS
• Experience setting up user studies, A/B testing and analytic dashboards
• Delivered projects to specification and under high pressure, tight deadlines
• Any exposure to financial markets, trading platform or quant engineering a bonus

You must be based in the UK, without the need for sponsorship throughout your employment, to be considered for this position.
