I am delighted to be working with a super exciting client on an industry, AI breakthrough which will revolutionize it's field. My client is a University Spin-Out, that is looking for a strong Python Developer to come on board for an initial 6-month contract, which has the potential to offer a perm role and shares/equity within a company that has some huge backing at present. This will be an outside IR35 contract, rates to be discussed upon application, subject to experience.

You will be a crucial figure in developing the platform and lead the way for future hires. You will be involved in the R&D of the AI model, building on the existing model and dataset. Take ownership and develop/implement the web application, integrating analytical models. Build data pipelines and scalable backend systems. Whilst continuing to ensure functionality, performance & usability of the core platform, whilst working closely with a fractional CTO, leading industry AI research figures and stakeholders.

For this Python Developer contract position, I am looking for:

• Masters/PhD in AI, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar
• 5+ years of industry experience building web platforms
• Must be highly skilled in Python, Django/Fast API & React
• Hands-on & industry experience with Data Analysis, Machine Learning and AI Models & integration
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

This can be a fully remote position, but you must be in the UK and be willing to travel to meet the team every month
