Your New Role

Our client is a contract manufacturer who are invested in continued company growth, following a recent milestone. To facilitate their ambitious plans, they are seeking a both strategic and hands on Engineering leader to excel their assembly and manufacturing teams. The key elements of this role, include, driving technical excellence, leading innovation and improving the overall organisations processes. You will also be a key component in ensuring excellent, cost effective delivery to customers.

Ensuring Your Success

A demonstrable background in contract manufacturing is a desirable, with the leadership of manufacturing teams being an absolute essential. A wide technical knowledge of engineering processes (ideally electronics) is key to this position, alongside quality an emphasis on audits and certifications. Personality wise, you will be an energetic individual, who is very much delivery driven. A bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer will support your application, alongside Six Sigma or IPC qualifications
