Your New Role

As National Account Manager – International, you will play a key role in driving growth across European markets by managing relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Working closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and supply chain, you will ensure strong collaboration to support successful product launches and ongoing commercial performance.

You will develop and manage strategic customer plans, identifying opportunities to expand into new markets while strengthening existing partnerships. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will support distributor teams and retail partners by clearly communicating the brand vision and ensuring consistent messaging across all markets.

The role will also involve supporting pricing strategies, promotional planning, and range launches to ensure products are introduced into the market with the right positioning, pricing, and promotional activity. You will work closely with distribution partners to create and deliver joint annual business plans aligned with wider commercial objectives.


Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience from a commercial, sales, or account management role within FMCG or a similar sector. You will have a strong understanding of retail supply chains, distributor relationships, and the wider value chain involved in bringing products to market.

Strong relationship-building skills are essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners. You will be commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable taking a hands-on approach to managing accounts and driving growth opportunities.

You will also be confident analysing sales data and market insights, using tools such as Excel to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience working with international markets or export activity would be advantageous.
