Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Network Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of network suppliers and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our service levels are consistently met, helping resolve escalated issues, and identifying areas for process improvement. This is a collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Relationship Management: Proactively communicate with Network Managers to ensure third-party suppliers are delivering services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Issue Resolution: Respond to invoice queries and support the resolution of escalated supplier or customer complaints, taking ownership and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Database Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update the supplier database to ensure accurate and current records.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in service delivery and operational processes that will enhance the customer experience and overall efficiency.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties related to network operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Familiarity with supplier management or SLA monitoring is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
