I am thrilled to be working with a returning client as they grow their Business Development team and are looking for a Senior member with industry experience to join their team, with the ambition to grow into a leadership role. My client is a financial brokerage working on providing financial solutions for their clients. 

My client is based in London and you will be required to work mainly on site (4 days a week). For this role you can be expected to be paid very competitively with a strong basic salary and one of the best commission structures in the industry, with both a bonus and financial kickers for hitting targets. 

In this role you will have free reign to establish and build a market within any region you wish. You will be expected to network out of hours with clients, taking them out to build both a social and professional relationship in order to be their go to contact. You will be required to map out your market, find and build relationships with new clients and enhance existing ones. Outside of this you will liaise with your internal team to make sure documentation is in order and to ensure a smooth delivery process. 

For this Senior BDM role, industry experience is key. A strong work ethic, self motivated and desire to be successful is a must. Clear communication skills: both IT and verbal. Self pride in your appearance is important and the ability to work out of office hours to support your job function will be required.
