Your New Role
Our client are a well-established organisation based in Oxford, who are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic PA to join their team. In this varied role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to two or three Partners and Directors within the firm. You will be responsible for managing busy diaries, organising meetings and travel arrangements, managing emails in the absence of the Partner or Director, and producing reports, presentations and other documents to a very high standard. You will also act as an integral member of the wider administrative team, liaising with internal departments, organising refreshments and supporting with visitor hospitality and incoming and outgoing post. This is a full-time position, although there may be some flexibility around working hours for the right person.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have previous experience working as a PA, preferably supporting at Director or senior management level. Experience of working with remote workers would also be highly beneficial. You will have strong IT skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, alongside the ability to produce professional documentation and presentations to a high standard. You will be highly organised and systematic, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a wider team. You will be proactive, self-motivated and confident using your own initiative, with a professional and discreet approach to your work. A strong customer focus, supporting both internal and external contacts, will also be important to your success in this position.
