Your New Role
Our client is a revolutionary MedTech organisation who are looking to make a key addition to their People team, to support the facilitation of their next stage of growth. This particular position is a varied and hands-on role, with a large emphasis on recruitment - where you will take total responsibility for day-to-day hiring requirements, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application to start date and partnering hiring managers, to uncover and advise on their resource requirements. Developing the ATS, streamlining workflows and tracking recruitment metrics. Away from recruitment, you will have involvement in HR initiatives and operations, to continue implementing the organisations people first culture. Activities include, inducting new members of staff, supporting people related projects and assisting with HR documentation.
Ensuring Your Success
You will have previous experience managing full recruitment life cycle, ideally within an in house capacity. A strong understanding of HR processes is essential, ideally with employment law and HR/Recruitment best practice. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to gauge stakeholders recruitment requirements and the knowledge to advise hiring managers on market conditions. Being technically savvy and a natural problem solver will also be an essential element to this role. Ideally CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
