Your New Role

Our client are a global financial services organisation, based in Swindon, who are searching for a Compliance Manager for Financial Security & Compliance Risk. This is an exciting and challenging assignment, where you will manage financial crime risks, AML compliance, and other key governance elements. Within this FCA regulated environment, you will also work cross functionally, with legal, business transformation and other key stakeholders.

Ensuring Your Success

You will be a highly experienced Compliance Manager coming from an FCA compliant background. With the ability to hit the ground running, you will have expert knowledge in AML, Consumer Duty, KYC and PRIN), with excellent interpersonal skills, both verbally and written. You will have a background working within compliance frameworks and be on top of regulatory changes. An analytical mindset and a natural problem solving nature is also required.
