Your New Role
We are partnering with a well-established automotive organisation to appoint an experienced B2C Sales Executive to join their busy Remarketing team. This role will focus on managing the sale of high-quality used vehicles through online advertising platforms and direct customer engagement. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing incoming enquiries, nurturing leads, and delivering a consultative sales experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle purchase.
The position is heavily phone and email based and will involve building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into successful sales opportunities. Alongside vehicle sales, you will identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services including finance packages, warranties, and vehicle add-ons. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be a confident and commercially driven sales professional with previous experience within sales, account management, customer service, or automotive environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage customer enquiries professionally and convert leads into sales opportunities.
You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced and target-driven environment, balancing customer service with commercial objectives. Strong administration and organisational skills are important, as well as experience using CRM systems and managing customer records accurately. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and confident handling conversations via both phone and email while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
