Your New Role

Our client are a global SaaS organisation who are rapidly growing, who due to continued growth are looking to bring in a Senior Statistician to enhance both internal and external projects, to facilitate informed data backed decision making. In this varied role you will conduct statistical analyses of research and assessment data, contributing to the analysis and reporting services for their client portfolio. You will provide expert input into assessment design, advising on the delivery of trails and studies for new and existing products. The role will also involve project work both with internal teams and clients.

Ensuring Your Success

You will have a demonstrable background working as a statistician, with a strong ability to use analytical software, including SPSS and R, ideally with exposure to multivariate analysis. Strong organisation skills, alongside time management to prioritise and meet deadlines independently is a must. Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal are key, with the ability to influence effectively. Experience working with Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response Theory (IRT) are also highly desired.
