Your New Role
Working within a growing HR Department, you will join the team as an HR Advisor, supporting employees, Managers and Partners across the organisation on all aspects of people management. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide practical and commercially focused HR guidance aligned to business objectives, while supporting the senior HR team on both operational and strategic people matters. You will play a key role in building strong working relationships across the business, managing employee relations cases, advising on best practice, and supporting organisational change initiatives to help drive positive business performance.
To Ensure Your Success
You will have a minimum of four years’ generalist HR experience at HR Advisor level or above, ideally within a professional services or similar environment. You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and working towards Level 7, with strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. You will be confident advising Managers and senior stakeholders on disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management, flexible working and family-friendly policies. Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity. Experience using HR systems and the full Microsoft Office suite is required, alongside the ability to analyse people data, coach junior team members and contribute to wider HR projects.
