Role Overview
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll support business units by producing clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and curious about how data can power business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve regular reports and dashboards across various business areas (e.g., sales, customer experience, operations).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Clean, analyse, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, actionable format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on trends and variances.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests and data projects across departments.
- Contribute to the development of automated reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Maintain data governance best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
