Your New Role

We are working with a leading organisation within the life sciences and scientific solutions sector, currently experiencing a significant period of growth and expansion. They are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Manager to take ownership of their Ireland Midlands territory. This is a field-based role covering a diverse customer base across clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, and QC industrial laboratories. You will be responsible for driving new business development across the region while also strengthening and growing long-term relationships with an established customer base. This is a highly autonomous position where you will act as both a commercial and technical partner to your customers, representing a specialist portfolio of laboratory and quality control solutions.

You will be a proactive, self-motivated sales professional with strong commercial awareness and the ability to operate confidently within technical and scientific environments. You will thrive in a field-based role where relationship building, solution selling, and new business development are key to success.


You will ideally possess:

  • Proven experience in a field sales, territory management, or business development role
  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • Confidence delivering product demonstrations and providing technical support
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of organisation with strong CRM and reporting discipline
  • Commercially driven, target-focused, and proactive in approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage a defined regional territory


Exposure to clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or industrial QC environments would be highly advantageous, though not essential. This role offers exposure across both clinical and industrial life science markets, working with a specialist and technically engaging product range.
