Your New Role
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the onboarding of new customers looking to secure finance. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and assessing customer financial information, including balance sheets, bank statements, management accounts and other supporting documentation, ensuring applications are accurate, complete and meet the required criteria. You’ll work closely with customers, brokers and internal teams to obtain any additional information required, identify discrepancies and help progress applications efficiently from initial submission through to approval.
Ensuring Your Success
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in understanding financial information. You’ll be comfortable reviewing figures, interpreting bank statements and balance sheets, spotting inconsistencies and asking the right questions when information doesn't quite add up. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential, as you’ll manage multiple applications while working to deadlines and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience within finance, credit, lending, banking, vehicle finance or financial administration would be advantageous.
In Return
In return, you’ll join an established finance business where you’ll gain valuable exposure to customer onboarding, financial assessment and the wider lending process. You’ll work within a supportive team, develop your understanding of commercial and customer finance, and have the opportunity to build a long-term career within the financial services and automotive finance sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a finance or administration background who wants to develop their knowledge and take on greater responsibility within a specialist finance environment.
