Your New Role

Our client are a global manufacturer with a site in Reading, due to continued growth, are looking for a Quality Technician to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are followed, whilst identifying and supporting in troubleshooting of atypical materials and processes. This role is very dynamic and has a wide array of responsibilities, including the performance of quality checks and audits, leadership on those working on the manufacturing line, communicate information effectively around product, quality and safety and maintain strong relationships across several departments. There are also continuous improvement initiative that you will identify and implement.

Ensuring Your Success

A demonstrable background, working within manufacturing is essential, within a quality focussed position. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally with the ability to build long lasting relationships, both quickly and effectively. Exposure to quality systems (ISO9001 & AS9100) are highly desirable. You will be a technically savvy individual, who can pick up new systems easily and have the desire to learn and develop.
