Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Covers Leicester & Peterborough (Driving Licence required, 4 days on the road, 1 day admin at home)

Base Salary: £38,000

Car Allowance: £7,000

Commission: Earned only after hitting 70% of target; targets vary by area, dealer count, and tenure, increasing quarterly.

Overview

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the objective of this role is to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of independent groups to grow the business portfolio. You will use your creativity and thorough knowledge of the sales process to devise and implement innovative ideas for business growth.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales achievement and ideally have experience in the automotive sector. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with a wide variety of people.

Qualifications required for this job

·  Proven track record of Sales achievement

·  Experience in industries where warranty management is integral.

·  Highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and CRM tools

·  Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics

·  Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

·  Strong communication and people management skills

·  Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

·  Experience in the automotive sector (desirable).
