Job Summary

I am seeking an experienced R&D Manager that will lead a fast paced research and development function. The ideal candidate will contributed to improve the R&D function to support the company’s strategic goals. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects
• Develop R&D strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate R&D team members
• Conduct and oversee research, experimentation, and prototype development
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and regulatory teams
• Analyse data, document findings, and present results to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property requirements
• Stay current with emerging technologies, competitors, and industry advancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Experience in research and development roles
• Proven experience managing technical projects and teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication
