Onsite IT Support Engineer (MacOS Focused)

Overview
We are seeking a polished, customer-facing IT Support Engineer to work onsite as an embedded extension of the client’s internal IT team. This is a hands-on end-user support role within a modern office environment.
Core Requirements
- Strong MacOS support experience (essential)
- Proven onsite deskside / end-user support background
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional customer-facing manner
- Able to work independently onsite
- Right to work in the UK
Technical Skills Required
- MacBook / MacOS troubleshooting and user support
- Google Workspace
- Okta
- Jira
- Slack
- Zoom
- Basic printer / meeting room / peripheral support
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Hardware swaps and device setup
Ideal Background
- Experience in tech, startup, media or premium office environments
- Used to supporting high-expectation users
- Reliable, presentable and proactive
- London based or easy commute into central London
- Excellent communication skills
