Onsite IT Support Engineer (MacOS Focused)

Location: London

Duration: Initial 3 Months (likely extension)

Working Pattern: 3 Days Per Week Onsite

Start Date: ASAP


Overview


We are seeking a polished, customer-facing IT Support Engineer to work onsite as an embedded extension of the client’s internal IT team. This is a hands-on end-user support role within a modern office environment.


Core Requirements


  • Strong MacOS support experience (essential)
  • Proven onsite deskside / end-user support background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional customer-facing manner
  • Able to work independently onsite
  • Right to work in the UK


Technical Skills Required


  • MacBook / MacOS troubleshooting and user support
  • Google Workspace
  • Okta
  • Jira
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • Basic printer / meeting room / peripheral support
  • User onboarding and offboarding
  • Hardware swaps and device setup


Ideal Background


  • Experience in tech, startup, media or premium office environments
  • Used to supporting high-expectation users
  • Reliable, presentable and proactive
  • London based or easy commute into central London
  • Excellent communication skills
