Senior Campaign Manager

Circa £250 per day (Inside IR35)

London (2 Days per week on site)

Your New Role

We are currently working with one our prestigious Higher Education clients, in securing a Senior Campaign Manager. You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major Campaign project and associated fundraising propositions within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role is responsible for developing and executing detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment across Advancement, Brand & Marketing, and wider internal stakeholders. The position requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships at senior level, while overseeing the development of fundraising propositions, campaign materials, and related events. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting, data analysis, supplier management, and contributing to strategic decision-making, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Success in this role will be driven by your ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, high-profile campaign, ensuring all workstreams are tightly managed and aligned to wider strategic objectives. You will excel at building strong relationships across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, enabling collaboration and maintaining engagement throughout the project lifecycle. A key measure of success will be your ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget, supported by clear reporting, robust planning, and proactive risk and issue management. Your impact will be seen in the smooth delivery of campaign milestones, the quality of fundraising propositions and materials produced, and the strength of stakeholder confidence in the overall programme.
