Your New Role

We are partnering with a well-established organisation based in Braintree, Essex to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial management of the business. This role will play a key part in ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and effective financial planning to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

You will be responsible for overseeing month-end and year-end processes, managing budgets and forecasts, producing management accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements. Acting as a trusted finance lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and guidance to support business performance and growth.

Ensuring Your Success

You will be a qualified or part-qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. A solid background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts is essential, alongside a good understanding of UK accounting standards and financial controls.

You will be confident working autonomously, managing competing priorities, and communicating complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key to succeeding in this role.
