Finance Administrator

Position Summary
The Finance Administrator is responsible for managing business-to-business (B2B) and corporate-focused accounts through manual outbound collections activity (NDOD). The role ensures that outstanding balances are recovered in a timely manner, while maintaining accurate records, analysing aged complaints (over 90 days), and ensuring that all RFRs (Reason for Refusal) are recorded. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance effective debt recovery with strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all RFR (Reason for Refusal) details are accurately recorded in the system for audit and tracking.

Analyse complaints aged over 90 days, identifying root causes, barriers to resolution, and next steps.
- Track and manage old and unresolved complaints, ensuring proper escalation and closure.
- Engage directly with corporate clients to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or dispute resolutions in line with company policies.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with high-value or sensitive accounts.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports on overdue balances, and provide insights on risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Complaints, and Customer Success) to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
- Consistently achieve collection and complaint resolution targets.
