Your New Role

As a Microsoft Licensing Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, security, and optimisation. Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams, you will support MSPs and IT teams to maximise value from their Microsoft 365 environments using Allocatr’s platform. You will advise on licensing and cost optimisation, contribute to product insights, deliver technical demos and training, and provide second-line support for Microsoft 365–related escalations.

To Ensure Your Success

You will have hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID) and strong knowledge of licensing models and security add-ons. Experience in an MSP or customer-facing technical role is highly desirable, alongside the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
