Your New Role
Our client is one of the most reputable organisations within Oxfordshire, who are looking for a seasoned and ambitious HR professional to lead a service function for the team. The role offers an exciting mix of BAU and project specific work. You will be responsible for delivery, effectiveness and outcomes, with a large emphasis on change and performance. Continuous improvement is key in this position, working with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the HR strategy, contributing to the development of workforce plans and lead a high performing team of c. 6 direct reports to ensure implementation of initiatives. In this role you will be a significant budget holder, given autonomy, a background in having this responsibility is key.
Ensuring Your Success
You will have similar demonstrable senior HR experience, ideally within the Public Sector. A background in complex HR & Culture project delivery is essential to your success. The ability to effectively manage teams is a must, excellent stakeholder management skills, negotiation, influencing and presenting are also key. Previous experience managing large budgets, with natural commercial acunum and world class understanding of building and delivering strategies is also essential.
