Your New Role
We are currently working with a Global SaaS client who due to continued growth are looking to bring on an ambitious Customer Account Manager to join their team. The postholder, will take on a portfolio of customers and take total ownership of their experience, from initial engagement through to delivery, returns and post-test support. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and responsive customer experience.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have demonstrable track record working in highly dynamic environments, exceeding targets and delivery exceptional customer service. A background in a SaaS organisation, selling in the education industry is highly desirable. You will be an excellent communicator, who enjoys building long lasting relationships and takes immense pride in your work. Naturally, you will be an ambitious self start who enjoys solving problems.
