Your New Role

We are working with a global business, going through a large-scale phase of transformation, who are looking for additional resource to join their delivery team. In this role, you will be tasked on working on a number of projects at the same time, mapping out processes in the 'as is' discovery and delivering the 'to be' design. You will work closely with both technical and operational staff, facilitating workshops and design sessions. You will build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, communicating progress, risks and roadmap. Identifying continuous improvement changes and implementing the processes is also a fundamental piece of this role.

Ensuring Your Success

You will be a seasoned BA, ideally with a contracting background with the ability to hit the ground running, ideally within a complex and transforming environment. Strong documenting and data flow experience is a must, with excellent analytical and problem skills, using techniques including SWOT and BPMN. A demonstrable background in process mapping and modelling looking at as-is and to-be, creating specific documentation and user scenarios is also key. Excellent stakeholder engagement is an absolute essential.
