Your New Role

Our client are a globally recognised organisation, based in the heart of London, who are looking to add to their TA team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing high-quality talent across the organisation. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor while managing vacancies from initial briefing through to successful appointment. The role will cover sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement and supporting wider talent initiatives.

Ensuring Your Success

To succeed, you’ll be an experienced Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment professional with strong end-to-end recruitment experience. You’ll be confident building relationships with hiring managers, proactively sourcing candidates and managing multiple vacancies, while providing advice on recruitment strategy and the wider candidate market. Higher Education experience would be advantageous, but strong transferable experience from another sector will also be considered.
