Reports to: Accident Management Team Leader

Salary: £14 - £14.10ph


Role Overview

As an Accident Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient handling of vehicle incidents, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely resolution process. You will maintain accurate records, manage claims data, and support the team in delivering a high standard of service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and manage vehicle accident details and insurance claims.
  • Liaise with drivers, insurers, repairers, and third parties to coordinate repair authorisations and updates.
  • Ensure all administrative documentation is maintained and updated in line with internal procedures.
  • Monitor repair progress and proactively follow up on outstanding claims or documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Arval drivers, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
  • Assist with invoicing, cost recovery, and reporting tasks related to accident cases.
  • Ensure all records comply with GDPR and internal data standards.

 

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Able to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
