Your new Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful communication with our customer base. You will be responsible for creating and delivering business-critical messages via our email communication platform, while also using your strong data analysis skills to support strategy and improve performance.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience in a customer communications, marketing, or CRM-related role, with a solid proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM platforms. Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and reporting is key to this role, alongside an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills are an essential, experience in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, utilities, telecoms) is a plus.
