Your New Role

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with one of our fantastic clients in securing a HR Business Partner to support the organisation through a large and complex transformation project. You will be a key driver of the project delivery, working with several key internal stakeholders, where you will be required to quickly build trusted partnerships, with the ability to negotiate and influence. The role is a nice mix of developing the overall strategy with the wider HR team and the hands on elements of delivery. Other aspects of this varied role include the implementation of new policies and procedures relating to employee performance. Offering general HR guidance to stakeholders is essential, as well as, keeping up to date with legislative changes. Employee experience, benefits and resourcing are key elements that will you be required to look at.


Ensuring Your Success

Ideally, you will have previous experience working as a HR Generalist within a large transformation. CIPD Level 5 is essential to this role. You will be a self starter who is resilient, organised and enjoys a challenging role. A strong background in building strong relationships is key, with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, who you can influence is highly desirable. You must have a good knowledge of employment law and relevant legislation. TUPE knowledge is an absolute essential.
