Your New Role

We are working with an exciting and rapidly growing SaaS organisation who are looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in the continued evolution of their platform. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of a modern multi-tenant SaaS product, translating complex product requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions.

Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will be instrumental in shaping architecture, driving engineering best practices, and delivering high-quality features across the full technology stack. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams whilst also mentoring junior developers and influencing technical direction across the business.

Ensuring Your Success

You will have extensive commercial experience working within modern SaaS environments and will be confident building, scaling, and maintaining secure cloud-based applications. Strong expertise across both backend and frontend development is essential, alongside a deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and scalable system design.

You will ideally possess:

• 5+ years of commercial full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with Python and Node.js for scalable backend development.
• Advanced React experience alongside modern state management tools.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, and broader cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications with subscription workflows and secure tenant isolation.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external technology platforms.
• Strong Agile delivery experience using Scrum/Kanban methodologies alongside tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Exposure to AI-driven engineering tools and intelligent AI integrations within SaaS products would be highly advantageous. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, automated testing frameworks, and security best practices would also be beneficial.
